Property Rental Pre-Application Form

1. Request an application form/fill in the online form below

2. Fill in and return to our office together with the following:

• Proof of Photographic Identification (Passport or driving licence)
• Proof of Date of Birth (Passport or driving licence)
• Proof of Address (Utility bill, bank statement, driving licence)
• Last 3 months bank statements showing your income being paid into account.
• Administration fee of £80.00

3. Upon receipt of the above will secure the property for you while we await references.

4. Upon receipt of acceptable references we will offer you an initial 12 month tenancy. We will arrange a commencement date and convenient time for you to call at our office, at least a week prior to the commencement date, to sign the tenancy agreement and pay by cheque first months rent plus a month’s rent deposit. All future rents will be payable by standing order on the 1st of each month.

5. On the moving in date we will meet you at the property and carry out the pre tenancy inspection, provide instructions and take meter readings for the Utility companies.

6. To apply to become a Citadel Estates tenant, please fill in our pre-application from. We will then contact you if you meet our rental requirements

What will it all cost?

• £80.00 administration fee
• One months rent payable prior to commencement of the tenancy
• A deposit equivalent to one months rent payable prior to commencement of the tenancy
